THE CHALLENGE OF THE WINE ACADEMY;
Become virtually the owner of a vineyard in the South of France, rich in vines.
At first, on the advice of the oenologist-presenter, by team, you're goint to;
1 - Realize your " Vintage House " by assembling wines of vine as a real wine grower-oenologist.
2 - Choose the type of your wine: AOC, Local wine or Vintage wine of Table.
3 - Create the name and the new label of the Domain.
4 - Determine the commercial and marketing strategy of your wine.
In the second time, the oenologist-presenter will validate the economic profitability and the strategy of your wine exploitation.
In the end, all the realized vintage wines will be blind sampled by all the teams.
